PPS achieved not one but two planning consents at the planning applications committee in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea on Tuesday 21 April.
Speaking after the Committee, PPS London Director Nick Sutcliffe said: “It was excellent to get committee approval for two high profile and controversial planning proposals on the same night. We do lots of work in the Royal Borough and know that it’s often tough to address the views of residents, stakeholder groups and local ward councillors in densely populated urban areas.”
The applications included one on the famous King’s Road, for a major new US retailer and a North Kensington application for the continued operation of a self-storage depot at a former council car park.
