Yesterday morning at a breakfast seminar hosted by PPS Sir Simon delivered a clear message that London must grow and maintain its status as the best big city in the world league.
There are big housing numbers outlined in the annex to the London Plan which demonstrate the scale of the ambition for the Opportunity Areas. Outer London will not be left behind with an emphasis on Town Centres First to balance growth in the core Central Activity Zones.
