Planning permission has just been granted for 369 new homes on the final Epsom hospital cluster site, West Park. PPS was appointed by Galliford Try and Crest Nicholson to undertake the consultation and stakeholder engagement on all three clusters and successfully completed this role on the Horton, St Ebba’s and West Park schemes.
West Park is the third scheme in a row to be approved by the Planning Committee on the first time of asking. Together, the three schemes represent over 650 new homes for the Epsom area.
