PPS will be delivering a communications masterclass to delegates at the largest event in the waste & resources sector calendar. The RWM/CIWM conference 2011 takes place 13-15th September at NEC Birmingham and will feature expert speakers from across the industry, including Lord Digby Jones and Jonathan Porritt CBE.
PPS’s session ‘How an effective communications strategy can win planning permission’ will take place 12-1pm on Tuesday 13th Sept in the Energy Theatre and will include the following:
- What are the communication challenges in delivering EfW?
- How can we change public perceptions?
- Understanding your audience
- Ensuring your share of voice
- Corporate reputation management
