Edinburgh’s Corn Exchange yesterday hosted a Public Sector Expo where PPS director, Donald Anderson delivered a masterclass on reputation and communications. Donald’s session focused on three key areas:
• The importance of social media and digital change
• Aligning policy, practice and communications
• Messaging – Remind, Reassure, Reward
Other contributors included John Swinney MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Employment and Sustainable Growth, Scottish Government and Sue Bruce, Chief Executive, City of Edinburgh Council.
