I wish you well but the National Trust and Natural England are so against new home developments that I have forecast that this government will have to tell the voters that they will have built less homes (private and affordable) than the last government.
The problem is a simple one:
Pickles and his gang have given away so much that District councils and Water/Gas/Electricity are unable to get the required infrastructure in place for a massive housing building push. Also the locals up and down the country do not want new homes built so LOCALISM will fail and sometime in the future central government will have to ammend the Planning rules…………come on and wake up Mr Byfield you need to talk to Cameron who did not like the way the Daily Telegraph bashed his planning debate.
