PPS to address Planning Aid for Scotland on engagement

Donald Anderson, head of PPS Scotland will address delegates at the Planning Aid for Scotland conference this Thursday 1st March. Other speakers include, MSP Richard Lochhead and Director of Zero Waste Scotland, Iain Gulland.
